Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) The costs of an application for a litigation order to which this Part applies shall be in the discretion of the Court, whether an order to which this Part applies is made or not.
(2) Where the Prothonotary applies as so directed, the Court may order that costs be paid by the Prothonotary to the respondent or by the respondent to the Prothonotary as the Court thinks fit.
