SUPREME COURT (CRIMINAL PROCEDURE) RULES 2017 - REG 1.02

These Rules are made under—

        (a)     section 25 of the Supreme Court Act 1986 ;

        (b)     the Crimes Act 1958 ;

        (c)     section 69ZF of the Sentencing Act 1991 ;

        (d)     the Criminal Procedure Act 2009 ;

        (e)     section 50 of the Interpretation of Legislation Act 1984 ; and

        (f)     all other enabling powers.
