Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated RegulationsUnless these Rules specifically provide otherwise, any application and the exercise of any powers and authorities in relation to a proceeding or any other matter to which these Rules apply shall be heard and determined by the Trial Division constituted by a Judge of the Court or the Court of Appeal, as the case requires.
