Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) An application to the Court under section 5(1) of the Act for a coercive powers order may be in Form 6–13A.
(2) An application to the Court under section 10 of the Act for an extension or a variation of a coercive powers order may be in Form 6–13A with any necessary modification.
