Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) If the Attorney-General refers a case to the Court of Appeal under section 327(1)(a) of the Act, for the purposes of the Act and this Order, the petitioner whose case is referred shall be taken to be a person who has obtained leave to appeal.
(2) Unless otherwise directed by the Court of Appeal, the petition shall stand in place of a notice of appeal.
(3) If the Attorney-General refers a point to the judges of the Trial Division under section 327(1)(b) of the Act, the point may be considered in private.
