SUPREME COURT (CRIMINAL PROCEDURE) RULES 2017 - REG 3D.06

    (1)     A notice of abandonment of appeal under section 266 of the Act shall be in Form 6–3DE.

    (2)     For the purposes of the striking out of an appeal under section 266(4) of the Act, the Court may be constituted by the Registrar or a single Judge of Appeal.
