SUPREME COURT (CRIMINAL PROCEDURE) RULES 2017 - REG 6.01

In this Order—

"the Act" means the Confiscation Act 1997 ;

"the Commonwealth Act" means the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 of the Commonwealth.
