Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) An application for a restraining order under the Commonwealth Act (other than an unexplained wealth restraining order under that Act) shall be in Form 6–6P.
(2) An application for an unexplained wealth restraining order under section 20A of the Commonwealth Act shall be in Form 6–6Q.
(3) Any other application to the Court under
the Commonwealth Act for which a form is not prescribed in this
Order may be in
Form 6–6P with any necessary modification.
