Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) Subject to paragraph (2), this Part applies to any application for a winding up order.
(2) This Part does not apply to—
(a) an application for relief under section 232 of the Corporations Act, whether or not a winding up order is sought;
(b) an application under section 601ND of the Corporations Act for an order directing the responsible entity of a registered scheme to wind up the scheme.
