Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) An application under section 47 of the Act that the Secretary or principal officer of an approved agency be the guardian of a non-citizen child shall be made by summons in Form 14.
(2) A summons under paragraph (1) shall be supported by affidavit disclosing any matters necessary to support the application and to define the issues.
(3) A summons under paragraph (1) and any supporting affidavit shall be served not less than five clear days before the hearing of the application on every person who has the care or control of the child.
(4) An order that the Secretary or principal officer be the guardian of a non-citizen child shall be in Form 15.
