Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated RegulationsIf a person who is not a person with special needs is sitting in a designated special needs seat on a public transport vehicle or on public transport premises and is requested to vacate the seat by or on behalf of a special needs person or by an authorised person (conduct) to enable a person with special needs to occupy the seat, that person must vacate the designated special needs seat.
Penalty: 5 penalty units.
