Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated RegulationsIf a person who is not a person in a wheelchair is occupying an area in a public transport vehicle or on public transport premises designated for use by a person in a wheelchair, and is requested to vacate the area by or on behalf of a person in a wheelchair or by an authorised person (conduct) to enable the area to be occupied by the person in the wheelchair, that person must vacate the area.
Penalty: 5 penalty units.
