Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) Notice required to be given by a direction of the Tribunal under section 67(2) of the Vexatious Proceedings Act 2014 must be accompanied by a copy of every order made or direction given by the Tribunal in the application to which the notice relates and in the preceding leave application.
(2) If the person to whom the notice is required to be given has given an electronic address for service, the notice may be given by electronic communication to that electronic address.
