Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) If a contract has been entered into by or through an agent residing or carrying on business within Victoria on behalf of a person or party residing or carrying on business outside Victoria (including outside Australia), service of a document in the course of a proceeding relating to or arising out of the subject matter of the contract may, by leave of the Tribunal, be made on the agent.
(2) If the agent has given an electronic address for the receipt of electronic communication a document may be served by electronic communication to that address.
