VICTORIAN INSPECTORATE REGULATIONS 2023 - REG 8

For the purposes of section 55(2) of the Act, the following constitutes proof of age—

        (a)     an Australian birth certificate or certified birth extract;

        (b)     an Australian passport;

        (c)     a passport issued by another country;

        (d)     any other document or evidence that satisfies the Victorian Inspectorate about a person's age.
