Item 1 for a search of all relevant police records except fingerprint records to provide notification to an organisation accredited by the Chief Commissioner about the existence of any criminal history of volunteers providing services to that organisation

Item 2 for a search of all relevant police records except fingerprint records to provide notification about the existence of a criminal history, other than under item 1

3·3 fee units

Item 3 for a search of all relevant police records including fingerprint records to provide notification about the existence of a criminal history

12·9 fee units

Ink-fingerprints

Item 4 to process and provide one set of ink-fingerprints for visa, passport or immigration purposes not ordinarily undertaken by police officers in the course of their duty

3·4 fee units

Item 5 to process and provide two sets of ink-fingerprints for visa, passport or immigration purposes not ordinarily undertaken by police officers in the course of their duty

4·8 fee units

Item 6 to process and provide three sets of ink-fingerprints for visa, passport or immigration purposes not ordinarily undertaken by police officers in the course of their duty

6·2 fee units

Lost, stolen or damaged property

Item 7 for a search of all relevant police records to provide a copy of a crime or fire report

3·3 fee units

Item 8 to process each subrogation notice provided by loss assessors or insurers to advise of change of ownership or property

1·1 fee units

Collision or accident

Item 9 for a search of all relevant police records to provide a copy of an accident report and the first 10 pages of a witness statement

3·6 fee units

Item 10 to provide copies of additional pages of witness statements in excess of 10 pages, for each additional page
