Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) Seniority as between police officers of the same rank is to be determined having regard to the respective dates of appointment or promotion to that rank.
(2) If 2 or more constables are appointed on the same day, the Chief Commissioner may determine their respective seniority.
