Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) The Chief Officer, Operations must not commence an investigation into a complaint unless the Chief Officer, Operations gives written notice under regulation 13(3) to a registered member or a probationary member who is the subject of the complaint.
(2) The Chief Officer, Operations may appoint an external investigator to investigate a complaint on behalf of the Chief Officer, Operations.
