VICTORIA STATE EMERGENCY SERVICE REGULATIONS 2017 - REG 19

Adjournment of hearing

    (1)     The Authority may adjourn a hearing at any time.

    (2)     Despite subregulation (1), the Authority must adjourn a hearing if a failure to do so would result in a denial of natural justice.
