Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) A registered member or a probationary member may apply to VCAT for a review of a decision made by the Authority under regulation 21(2), 23(1) or 24(1).
(2) The application must be lodged within 30 days after the date that the registered member or the probationary member receives written notice of the Authority's decision.
