Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) An authorised officer, if the officer reasonably believes that a person in a reserve has contravened the Act or any regulation under the Act, to the extent that the offence relates to an activity within a reserve, may direct the person to leave the reserve.
(2) An authorised officer, for the reason of safety of persons using a reserve, may direct a person to leave the reserve or a part of the reserve.
(3) A person to whom a direction is given under subregulation (1) or (2) must comply with that direction.
Penalty: 10 penalty units.
