WILDLIFE (STATE GAME RESERVES) REGULATIONS 2014 - REG 15

Reg. 15(1) amended by S.R. No. 128/2018 reg. 12.

    (1)     The land manager may make a determination setting aside an area of a reserve as an area in which fishing is prohibited.

    (2)     A person must not fish in an area of a reserve that has been set aside by the land manager under subregulation (1).

Penalty:     10 penalty units.
