WILDLIFE (STATE GAME RESERVES) REGULATIONS 2014 - REG 58

Areas where blinds, hides or tree stands are prohibited

Reg. 58(1) amended by S.R. No. 128/2018 reg. 42.

(1) The land manager may make a determination setting aside an area of a reserve as an area in which erecting a blind, hide or tree stand is prohibited.

(2) A person must not erect a blind, hide or tree stand in an area of a reserve that is set aside under subregulation (1).

Penalty: 10 penalty units.
