WILDLIFE (STATE GAME RESERVES) REGULATIONS 2014 - REG 7

An offence under these Regulations does not apply to a person if that person—

Reg. 7(a) amended by S.R. No. 128/2018 reg. 6.

        (a)     is acting as a servant of the Crown; or

        (b)     is acting under and in accordance with a contract with—

Reg. 7(b)(i) amended by S.R. No. 128/2018 reg. 6.

              (i)     the Crown; or

Reg. 7(b)(ii) amended by S.R. No. 128/2018 reg. 6.

              (ii)     a person who is a servant or an agent of the Crown; or

Reg. 7(c) amended by S.R. No. 128/2018 reg. 6.

        (c)     is acting under the direction of a person while that person is acting as a servant or an agent of the Crown; or

        (d)     is an authorised officer acting in the course of their duties.
