WILDLIFE (TOUR OPERATOR LICENCE FEE) REGULATIONS 2021 - REG 1

The objectives of these Regulations are—

        (a)     to prescribe the fees payable in respect of tour operator licences granted in respect of a State Wildlife Reserve under the Wildlife Act 1975 ; and

        (b)     to provide for the reduction, waiver or refund of tour operator licence fees.
