ACCIDENT COMPENSATION AMENDMENT ACT 2010 (NO. 9 OF 2010) - SECT 103

In section 16(2) of the Accident Compensation (WorkCover Insurance) Act 1993 —

        (a)     in paragraph (e), for "thing." substitute "thing;";

        (b)     after paragraph (e) insert —

    "(f)     include provisions relating to the avoidance of premium.".
