ACCIDENT COMPENSATION AMENDMENT ACT 2010 (NO. 9 OF 2010) - SECT 104

New section 17A inserted

After section 17 of the Accident Compensation (WorkCover Insurance) Act 1993 insert —

    " 17A     Authority may serve notice of premium

    (1)     The Authority may serve on an employer a notice of premium payable by an employer.

    (2)     The Authority may include a notice of penalty in any notice of premium served on an employer under subsection (1).".
