ACCIDENT COMPENSATION AMENDMENT ACT 2010 (NO. 9 OF 2010) - SECT 105

Adjustment of premium—amendment of section 21

    (1)     In section 21 of the Accident Compensation (WorkCover Insurance) Act 1993 —

        (a)     for "issue" substitute "serve";

        (b)     for "to the" substitute "on the".

    (2)     At the end of section 21 of the Accident Compensation (WorkCover Insurance) Act 1993 insert —

    "(2)     The Authority may include a notice of penalty in any notice of adjusted premium served on an employer under subsection (1).".
