ACCIDENT COMPENSATION AMENDMENT ACT 2010 (NO. 9 OF 2010) - SECT 111

Application of review and adjustment powers—amendment of section 31

    (1)     In section 31(1) of the Accident Compensation (WorkCover Insurance) Act 1993 , for "28" (wherever occurring) substitute "36M".

    (2)     After section 31(1) of the Accident Compensation (WorkCover Insurance) Act 1993 insert —

    "(1A)     The Authority is entitled to recover the amount of any increased premium resulting from a determination made by the Authority under section 26A if the premium relates to the current policy period or any completed policy period before that period.".

    (3)     In section 31(2) of the Accident Compensation (WorkCover Insurance) Act 1993 , for " sections 22, 26, 27 and 28" substitute "sections 26, 33, 36L and 36M".
