ACCIDENT COMPENSATION AMENDMENT ACT 2010 (NO. 9 OF 2010) - SECT 118

    (1)     In section 71(1)(d) of the Accident Compensation (WorkCover Insurance) Act 1993 , for "notice of the assessment" substitute "notice of premium or adjusted premium".

    (2)     In section 71(2) of the Accident Compensation (WorkCover Insurance) Act 1993 —

        (a)     for "notice of assessment" (wherever occurring) substitute "notice of premium or adjusted premium";

        (b)     for "the assessment" (where first occurring) substitute "an assessment";

        (c)     after "correct" insert ", except in review or appeal proceedings (in which it is proof in the absence of proof to the contrary)".
