ACCIDENT COMPENSATION AMENDMENT ACT 2010 (NO. 9 OF 2010) - SECT 120

Consequential amendments

    (1)     Insert the following heading to section 57 of the Accident Compensation (WorkCover Insurance) Act 1993 —

" Claims against section 55(2)(a) employers ".

    (2)     In section 57(1) of the Accident Compensation (WorkCover Insurance) Act 1993 omit "or who was not the holder of a WorkCover insurance policy at the time of the relevant injury".
