ACCIDENT COMPENSATION AMENDMENT ACT 2010 (NO. 9 OF 2010) - SECT 130

    (1)         In section 5(1) of the Accident Compensation Act 1985 , the definitions of "occupational rehabilitation program", risk management program and return to work plan are repealed .

    (2)         Section 113 of the Accident Compensation Act 1985 is repealed .

    (3)     In the Accident Compensation Act 1985 —

        (a)     in section 114(13), after "required period of notice" insert ", unless expressly otherwise provided in this Act";

        (b)     section 114(7) is repealed ;

        (c)     in section 242, subsections (1), (5), (6) and (8) are repealed ;

        (d)     in section 252(4)(a), omit "242(5),";

        (e)         in section 252(4)(b), for "242(1)" substitute "194(1)".

    (4)     Sections 123(2) and 123(3) of the Accident Compensation Act 1985 are repealed .

    (5)     In section 123A of the Accident Compensation Act 1985 , after "this Part" insert "or Part VIIB".
