ACCIDENT COMPENSATION AMENDMENT ACT 2010 (NO. 9 OF 2010) - SECT 136

New section 252N inserted

After section 252M of the Accident Compensation Act 1985 insert —

    " 252N     Supreme Court—limitation of jurisdiction

It is the intention of section 252AA as inserted by section 135 of the Accident Compensation Amendment Act 2010 to alter or vary section 85 of the Constitution Act 1975 .".
