ACCIDENT COMPENSATION AMENDMENT ACT 2010 (NO. 9 OF 2010) - SECT 137

In section 28(3) of the Emergency Management Act 1986 —

        (a)     in paragraph (a), for "prepare a return to work plan" substitute "plan the worker's return to work";

        (b)     in paragraph (b), for "a return to work plan prepared" substitute "planning the worker's return to work".
