ACCIDENT COMPENSATION AMENDMENT ACT 2010 (NO. 9 OF 2010) - SECT 152

Indexation [section 100]

    (1)     In section 100(2A) of the Accident Compensation Act 1985 after "subsection (2B)" (where secondly occurring) insert "or that amount as last varied in accordance with this section".

    (2)     In section 100(2BA) of the Accident Compensation Act 1985 after " section 99(1)(aa)" (where secondly occurring) insert "or that amount as last varied in accordance with this subsection".

    (3)     In section 100(2C) of the Accident Compensation Act 1985 after "subsection (2D)" (where secondly occurring) insert "or that amount as last varied in accordance with this subsection".
