ACCIDENT COMPENSATION AMENDMENT ACT 2010 (NO. 9 OF 2010) - SECT 160

    (1)     In section 114D(2) of the Accident Compensation Act 1985 after "the worker" insert "in accordance with subsection (6)".

    (2)     At the foot of section 114D(2) of the Accident Compensation Act 1985 insert —

"Penalty:     In the case of a natural person, 60 penalty units;

In the case of a body corporate, 300 penalty units.".
