ACCIDENT COMPENSATION AMENDMENT ACT 2010 (NO. 9 OF 2010) - SECT 180

    (1)     For the penalty at the foot of section 12(3) of the Accident Compensation (WorkCover Insurance) Act 1993 substitute —

"Penalty:     In the case of a natural person, 40 penalty units;

In the case of a body corporate, 200 penalty units.".

    (2)     For the penalty at the foot of section 12(4) of the Accident Compensation (WorkCover Insurance) Act 1993 substitute —

"Penalty:     In the case of a natural person, 60 penalty units;

In the case of a body corporate, 300 penalty units.".
