ACCIDENT COMPENSATION AMENDMENT ACT 2010 (NO. 9 OF 2010) - SECT 25

Amendment of section 138B

    In section 138B(1) of the Accident Compensation Act 1985 , for "if the compensation would be for a matter—" substitute     "if the compensation would be for a matter     arising from discriminatory conduct that constitutes an offence against section 242AA or for a matter—".
