ACCIDENT COMPENSATION AMENDMENT ACT 2010 (NO. 9 OF 2010) - SECT 39

    (1)     In sections 92B(3), 92B(4), 92B(5), 92B(6), 92B(7) and 92B(11) of the Accident Compensation Act 1985 for "$1130" (wherever occurring) substitute "twice the State average weekly earnings".

    (2)     In sections 92B(3)(b)(iii) and 92B(4)(b)(iii) of the Accident Compensation Act 1985 for "$754" substitute "two thirds of twice the State average weekly earnings".

    (3)     In section 92B(8)(b) of the Accident Compensation Act 1985 for "$374" substitute "one third of twice the State average weekly earnings".
