ACCIDENT COMPENSATION AMENDMENT ACT 2010 (NO. 9 OF 2010) - SECT 42

Amendment of section 97

After section 97(1) of the Accident Compensation Act 1985 , for paragraph (c) substitute —

    "(c)         by way of accident make-up pay under any industrial award; or

        (d)     in lieu of accrued annual leave or long service leave.".
