Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) If the owner of any land who is bound by a covenant in a cultural heritage agreement is unable to reach agreement with the Secretary or the relevant registered Aboriginal party for the release of the covenant, the Governor in Council may determine the matter.
(2) The Secretary, the relevant registered Aboriginal party or the owner (as the case requires) must give effect to a determination under sub-section (1) of the Governor in Council.
