ASSOCIATIONS INCORPORATION AMENDMENT ACT 2009 (NO. 12 OF 2009) - SECT 4

In section 3(1) of the Principal Act—

        (a)     insert the following definition—

""Council" has the same meaning as it has in section 3(1) of the Local Government Act 1989 ;";

        (b)     for the definition of Registrar substitute —

""Registrar" means the body corporate established under section 38;".
