ABORIGINAL LAND LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2024 (NO. 29 OF 2024) - SECT 18

Minister to keep records

    (1)     For section 24AA(1)(d) of the Aboriginal Lands Act 1970 substitute —

    "(d)     a copy of the strategic plan;".

    (2)     Section 24AA(1)(e) of the Aboriginal Lands Act 1970 is repealed .
