ASSISTED REPRODUCTIVE TREATMENT ACT 2008 (NO. 76 OF 2008) - SECT 139

    (1)     Insert the following heading to section 9 of the Principal Act—

" Instruments may be filed with Registrar of Births, Deaths and Marriages ".

    (2)     In section 9(1) of the Principal Act, for "subsection (2)" substitute "subsection (2) or (2A)".

    (3)     In section 9(3) of the Principal Act—

        (a)     for "paternity" substitute "parentage"; and

        (b)     for "subsection (2)" substitute "subsection (2) or (2A)".
