Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered ActsIn any proceedings under this Act, a copy of a decision made or given under this Act by the Patient Review Panel and sealed and certified by the chairperson of the Panel to be a true copy and to have been so made or given is evidence of the making or giving of the decision.
