ASSISTED REPRODUCTIVE TREATMENT ACT 2008 (NO. 76 OF 2008) - SECT 97

Who may apply for review

    An application under section 96 may only be made by a person whose interests are affected by—

        (a)     the decision of the Patient Review Panel; or

        (b)     the failure of the Patient Review Panel to act.
