Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) A licensed manufacturer may apply to the Health Secretary for the renewal of the manufacturing licence.
(2) An application for renewal must not be made later than the day that is 60 days before the day on which the manufacturing licence is due to expire.
(3) An application for renewal must—
(a) be in writing; and
(b) be accompanied by the prescribed fee (if any); and
(c) include the prescribed information (if any).
(4) A manufacturing licence may be renewed more than once.
