Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) The Health Secretary, by notice published in the Government Gazette, may set the maximum price at which a pharmacist may sell an approved medicinal cannabis product.
(2) A pharmacist must not sell an approved medicinal cannabis product at a price which exceeds the maximum price set under subsection (1).
