BUILDING AMENDMENT ACT 2008 (NO. 36 OF 2008) - SECT 6

New section 172A inserted

After section 172 of the Building Act 1993 insert —

    " 172A     Change to prescribed information

A registered building practitioner must
notify the Board of any change to the prescribed information about the practitioner provided to the Board under section 169(2)(ca) without delay after the change occurs.

Penalty:     10 penalty units.".
