BUILDING AMENDMENT (REGISTRATION OF BUILDING TRADES AND OTHER MATTERS) ACT 2018 (NO. 46 OF 2018) - SECT 13

    (1)     In section 170 of the Principal Act, after "registration" insert ", including provisional registration,".

    (2)     At the end of section 170 of the Principal Act insert —

    "(2)     An application for provisional registration may only be made in respect of a class of builder that authorises the carrying out of a type of building work prescribed for the purposes of section 169EA.".
